Potty Training and other stuff

Well Ben is still doing really good with his potty training.  There have been a few poo accidents and then there have been a few times he has gone a couple drops of pee and realizes he has to go to the bathroom(he'll ask for a change of underwear even though there are just a couple drops. But hey it helps him remember to go on the toilet).  He loves learning and doing stuff.

Kristen on occassion will actually pull her pull up and pants down when she needs to go or has just barely gone pee.  It's great.  Time to really get going with the potty training with her.  Could she be potty trained by her two year birthday???  It's very possible.

This last week has been very stressful.  I knew my unemployment was ending ( i was only getting 550.00 before taxes 469.00 after taxes taken out) and we knew Mikes paycheck was going to be next to nothing since it's been slow for him at work.  We got his paycheck last Friday (only 424.00 after taxes) and unemployment today (469.00 after taxes).  I had been looking every which way I could to know for ways to save, ways to know that everything would turn out just fine.  I was looking at how we were going to have to use what little we had in our savings over the next month to help a little bit and everything.  But as I was doing all this I just had a calm feeling that no matter what the out come we would be taken care of.  Sunday when I put in my claim for my last unemployment check, I was only getting the 550.00 before taxes.  This morning I just thought to check and make sure that was still the case.  When I looked things up, the site is saying that I have a little over 4400.00 of benefites left.  I know the Lord truly blesses us.  He has bless my little family so much.  My unemployment should have ended end of May last year and yet it's been extended time and time again.  I know alot of it is because we pay our tithing, we fulfill our church callings, I've been slowly working on our food storage (thanks to coupons, and sales I can get good deals), and we do what we can and in the end we have been so blessed.  I am so greatful for the Gospel in my life for the peace it brings especially when we do the things we know we should.
